根据渐开线圆柱斜齿轮的形成原理,介绍一种利用Pro/E软件建立相对精确的渐开线圆柱斜齿轮模型的方法,该建模方法比较简单,模型与实际齿廓比较接近,为斜齿轮传动机构的运动仿真及优化工作奠定基础。

According to involute helical gear formation principle, introduces a method to establish relative accuracy of involute helical gear model by Pro/E software, the method is relatively simple, the model is closer to actual tooth profile, and to lay foundation for motion simulation and optimization of helical gear drive mechanism.
