摘要
分析了活塞销冷挤模的结构设计和成形中存在的技术性及工艺性的问题,并在模具设计时对原有的结构中不合理的地方,如:凸模尺寸、卸料方式、淬火硬度和凹模对中方式等进行优化与改进。实践表明,改进后的模具结构更加合理,从根本上解决了凸模寿命短、卸料困难和模具温度过高等诸多问题,提高了产品合格率,降低了模具生产成本。
The technical questions in the structure design and forming process of extrusion die for piston bolt were analyzed, and the unreasonable place in original structure such as punch size, discharge way, quenching hardness and die centering way were optimized and improved in mould design. Practice shows that, the improved mould has more reasonable structure and solves at root a great deal of questions such as short punch life, difficult discharge and higher temperature of the mould. It increases product qualified ratio and reduces mould producing cost.
