摘要
对传动轴方孔加工工艺进行分析,介绍了采用冲方加工传动轴方孔,同时介绍了模具结构及模具的工作过程,给出了冲方凸模和凸模座的设计方法,并对生产中出现的冲方凸模使用寿命较低和冲方后方孔的表面粗糙度达不到产品图的要求等问题,提出了改进措施。改进后,不仅冲方凸模的使用寿命大大提高,而且冲方后方孔的表面粗糙度完全达到产品图的要求。
Based on the analysis of the processing technology of transmission shaft square hole, the squaring press processing of transmission shaft square hole was introduced, the die structure and the working process of the squaring press die were analyzed, the design methods of the squaring press punch and the punch seat were given, and the measures for improving the squaring press punch service life and the square hole surface roughness were put forward. After the improvement, the squaring press punch service life is greatly improved, and the square hole surface roughness completely reaches the requirements of product image.
