摘要 采用三坐标测量机抽检发动机排气管位置精度,不能满足生产及质量要求。分析排气管装配技术要求的基础上,运用逆向抽象思维及化繁为简的方法,构想将3套不同定位尺寸的一面两销定位装置集合于一体,设计出能分别检测3种不同规格排气管位置精度的综合检具,并介绍了该检具的制造工艺及使用方法。新检具的全面使用,完全替代了操作复杂的三坐标测量机,将复杂费时的终端抽检变为简便快捷的在线检测;统一了各协作制造厂的检测工具,使排气管的位置精度得到精确控制,极大地提高了检测效率。 Using coordinate measuring machine to inspect the position accuracy of exhausts can not meet the requirements of production quality. Based on the analysis of the demands of assembly technology of exhausts, by using reversely abstract thinking and the simplified methods with the idea that assembly of the devices of a surface and two pins with three different position dimensions, an integrated testing tool with the ability of measuring the position accuracy of exhausts in three different sizes was designed, and the manufacturing technology and the use method of the testing tool were introduced. This novel testing tool is a substitute for the complicated coordinate measuring machine, and it changes complicated and time-consuming sampling inspection into fast on-line detection. Furthermore, it unifies all the testing tools in separate cooperation factories, controls the position accuracy of exhausts accurately and improves the detection efficiency greatly.
