摘要
通过一种超窄边折弯件加工方法的分析,从方案一的冲压加工与机加工结合的常规工艺流程,到方案二的全冲压加工的改善工艺流程,再到方案三的采用凸模定位冲压成形的工艺流程,介绍了工艺设计的改进过程。结果表明,凸模定位的成形工艺方法,适用于超窄边折弯类工件的冲压加工,解决了类似零件冲压成形过程中极易发生微量偏移的问题,提高了生产效率,降低了加工成本。
By process analysis of one kind of part bending with super narrow section, from project No. 1, normal process of stamping combining with machining, to project No. 2, improved process of complete stamping, to project No. 3, process of stamping with punch positioned, the improved processes of technology design were introduced. The result shows that the technological process with punch positioned is suitable for stamping of bending parts with super narrow section. This method solves the problem of micro deviation happened in stamping process of similar parts, and improves production efficiency and reduces the processing cost.
