当今世界正处在大发展、大变革、大调整时期,创新成为国家竞争力的核心要素。战略性新兴产业是一个国家或地区实现未来经济持续增长,并对国民经济发展和产业结构升级具有决定性促进和导向作用的产业。培育和发展战略性新兴产业是我国"十二五"期间有效应对国际金融危机,加快经济发展方式转变的战略抉择。以战略性新兴产业为引领、推动我国经济走创新驱动、内生增长的道路,是关系我国经济社会发展全局的重要命题。
World today is undergoing period of big development and major changes.Innovation has become a core element of national competitiveness.Strategic emerging industry can make the future of a country or region achieve sustained economic growth.It has decisive role in national economic development and upgrading of industrial structure promoting.Cultivating and developing strategic emerging industry is an effective strategy in coping with the international financial crisis,and accelerating the transformation of economic development mode in the ＂ Twelfth Five-Year plan＂period.Taking strategic emerging industry as lead to walk along the path of innovation drive and endogenous growth is an important proposition concerning to China′s overall economic and social development.
