Beyond冷光美白治疗着色牙57例临床疗效及牙稳定性观察

The Clinical Effects of Beyond Cold Light Tooth Whitening to Bleach the Discolored Teeth and the Stability

目的:探讨着色牙Beyond冷光美白治疗疗效及其稳定性。方法:对进行Beyond冷光美白技术治疗的57例着色牙患者疗效进行分析并随访观察2年,了解患者牙齿颜色稳定性。结果:57例患者均顺利完成冷光美白治疗,无1例患者不能耐受而中途退出,治疗显效率70.2%,治疗总有效率为100.0%。随访2年后显效率下降为61.4%(35/57),但治疗后显效率与随访2年后显效率比较无统计学差异(X2=0.97,P>0.05)。结论:Beyond冷光美白治疗着色牙美白效果明显,颜色稳定性良好,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical effects of beyond cold light tooth whitening to bleach the discolored teeth and the stability.Method： The clinical datas of 57 cases discolored teeth treated by beyond cold light tooth whitening were analyzed,and 57 cases were followed for two years to know the color stability of beyond cold light tooth whitening.Result： There was no one suspending during the treatment,the rate of obvious effect was 70.2%,the total effective rate was 100.0%.After two years follow-up,the rate of obvious effect reduced to 61.4%（35/57）,There＇s no significant difference（X2=0.97,P0.05）.Conclusion： Beyond cold light tooth whitening to treat the discolored teeth is effective,good color stability,worthy of clinical apply.
