腹腔镜在肾上腺肿瘤治疗中的临床应用

The Application of Laparoscope in the Therapy of Adrenal Gland Neoplasms

目的:探讨腹腔镜下经后腹膜途径行肾上腺切除或肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临床疗效和体会。方法:回顾性分析我院泌尿外科104例腹腔镜下经后腹膜途径行肾上腺切除或肾上腺肿瘤切除术的肾上腺肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果:104例患者手术均获得成功,无1例中转开放手术或术中、术后输血,未见术后继发性出血和切口感染等近期并发症。术后随访3-36个月,无肿瘤复发,无切口疝等远期并发症。结论:腹腔镜下经后腹膜途径行肾上腺切除或肾上腺肿瘤切除术,创伤小、安全性高,患者术后恢复快,适合在具有一定腹腔镜操作基础的基层医院开展。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and experience in laparoscopic adrenalectomy or adrenal gland neoplasms resection by retroperitoneal approach.Method：The clinical data of 104 patients having received laparoscopic adrenalectomy by retroperitoneal approach were reviewed.Result：104 patients were performed successfully,and none was transferred to open surgery or perioperative and postoperative blood transfusion,did not see the postoperative wound infection such as hemorrhage secondary and recent complications.No tumor recurrence,no long-term complications such as incision hernia were noted follow-up of 3-36 months after operation.Conclusion：Laparoscopic adrenalectomy by retroperitoneal approach with small traumas and high security and rapid postoperative rehabilitation is suitable for some primary hospitals having some laparoscopic operation basis.
