优质护理服务在外科护理中的应用

The Effect of Implementing High Quality Nursing Service in General Surgical Department

目的:探讨"优质护理服务"在外科的实施效果。方法:自2010年3月起实施"优质护理服务",于实施前后对患者进行问卷调查,对护士进行考核,并将实施前后调查考核结果进行对比。结果:经过"优质护理服务"的实施,患者满意度及护士整体素质均有显著提高(P均<0.01)。结论:实施"优质护理服务"可显著提高患者满意度和护士整体素质,降低并发症发生率,是真正意义上的"人性化"护理。

Objective： To discuss the effect of implementing high quality nursing service in general surgical department.Method： We implemented high quality nursing service since mar.2010,and conducted a questionnaire survey of patients and assessment for nurses before and after the acticity,then we contrasted the result.Result： After the implementation of ＂ high quality nursing service＂,patients＇ satisfaction and overall quality of nurses were significantly improved.Conclusion： Implementation of ＂ high quality nursing service＂ can significantly improve patients＇ satisfaction and overall quality of nurses and reduce the incidence of complications,it＇s truly ＂humane＂ care.
