摘要
在轨道交通3号线改造工程中,如何在最短的中断运营时间段内安全可靠地实施换梁,是改造工程成败的关键之一。从确保轨道交通运营、降低对城市交通和铁路运营的影响等方面考虑,提出了吊老梁移新梁、提梁机换梁、南侧制梁北侧落梁、北侧制梁南侧落梁等四种换梁施工方案。在对不同的换梁施工方案进行比选后,推荐提梁机换梁方案。介绍了该方案的主要工作内容,分析了施工过程中的难点和采取的措施。
In the reconstruction engineering of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 3, how to implement the beam replacement safely and reliably within the shortest interruption of train operation is one of the key factors to ensure the success of the project. By taking into account the measures to ensure rail transit operation and to reduce the impact of beam replacement on urban transport and railway operation, four different beam replacement construction schemes are proposed: lifting the old beam for the moving in of the new one; using a hoist to replacing the beam; making beam on the south side and landing beam on the north side; making beam on the north side and landing beam on the south side. With a comparison between different beam replacement schemes, beam hoist is recommended, the main contents of this scheme are introduced, difficulties in the engineering and necessary measures are analyzed.
