底吹气量对中间包钢液流动影响的数值物理模拟 被引量:1

摘要 利用水模型和Fluent软件对某厂两流板坯连铸中间包底吹气进行数值物理模拟,研究吹气量对中间包流场的影响。研究得出,不出现卷渣的临界吹气量为0.10 m3/h,此时中间包液面的最大流速达0.45 m/s。未吹气中间包液面的最大流速为0.24 m/s,吹气显著延长钢水在中间包内的峰值时间,但滞止时间和平均停留时间无明显延长。 According to a two strands slab CC tundish prototype at steel works, the water modeling and numerical simulation were made on the bottom blowing argon gas by using water model and software Fluent. The effect of gas flow rate on fluid field in tundish was researched. It was concluded that the critical blow gas of slag entrainment in tundish was 0. 10 m3/h, the maximum surface velocity in tundish reached 0.45 m/s. The maximum surface velocity in tundish without gas blow was 0.24 m/s, molten steel peak time in tundish extended significantly because of gas blowing, while the retention time and mean residence time did not extend significantly.
