摘要
调查研究了滨海盐渍土地区的建筑物“泛碱”现象发生的原因和本质，提出了维修、治理和防治的具体措施，并对该类地区今后建筑物的设计和施工提出了建议。
This paper looks into the reasons and studies the nature of the corraded walls and bases in coastal salted soil area,and puts forward some preventive and control measures and suggestions on the design and construction for the buildings in the future.
