摘要
别克商务车GL-8后刮水器在实际使用中存在刮刷角度增大、超出设计值,导致刮水片和玻璃边框撞击的现象。在分析刮水器刮刷工况、零部件尺寸等影响刮刷角度的因素基础上,找出影响刮刷角度变化的关键因素,并对后刮水器刮刷角度设计提出改进建议。
The wiping angle of the rear wiper on BUICK GL-8 increases and goes beyond the design limit, which leads to the collision of its blade with glass frame. Based on the analysis of its working condition, parts＇ dimension and so on, the key factors affecting the wiping angle have been found out and some improving advices have been suggested for the design of the wiping angle.
