基于SPSS问卷调查的高校图书馆读者满意度影响因素分析

Study of the Factors Affecting Readers Satisfaction of University Library Based on SPSS and Questionnaire Survey

本文采用问卷调查法,并基于SPSS统计分析,对高校图书馆读者满意度的影响因素进行分析,得出影响图书馆读者满意度的因素依次是馆藏资源配置、馆员素质、便利性服务、图书馆环境及借阅制度,在此基础上提出了提高高校图书馆读者满意度的对策建议。

Based on questionnaire survey and SPSS,this paper concludes that factors affecting readers satisfaction is library resource allocation,the quality of librarians,convenient services,environment and lending system.At last,it puts forward the countermeasures and advices which can improve library＇s reader satisfaction.
