Debt crisis has become a common economic phenomenon in globalization era,not only in developing nations,but also in developed nations.This paper analyzes the roots of debt crisis.It holds the view that global influences of financial capitalism,predominance of virtual economy over real economy and intricacy of domestic and international economic environment are major factors of debt crisis,and the integration of economic,political and social policies is the key to debt crisis.
