摘要 对从广州微生物研究所引进9个草菇菌株与江苏省江南生物科技有限公司常用品种V830进行对比试验,以期能筛选出适合江苏省丹阳市及周边地区栽培出菇的优良菌株。经过对菌丝生长速度、生物学效率及出菇农艺性状进行的分析比较,结果表明,在这10个供试菌株中,草菇菌株V9715具有菌丝生长旺盛,出菇时间早,抗杂菌能力强,生物学效率高,子实体商品性状较好的特点,而且所有的试验都是在当地自然条件下栽培,其产量和形状表现为适宜在江苏省丹阳市及周边地区生产中应用,可代替本地菌株V830使用,同时为遗传变异和遗传育种提供了重要的材料。 Comparative test was carried out between 9 strains of V. volvacea introduced by Guangzhou institute of micro- biology and the common strain V830 used in Jiangnan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., in order to screen out excellent strains for production, were compared. Researches were focused on growth rate of mycelia, biological efficiency and specialty of fruiting bodies. The results showed among these 10 testes strains, strain V9715 had the specialties of myeelia growing vigorously, early fruiting, high ability of anti-other fungi, high biological efficiency and better commodity characters. All tests were under the local natural conditions. Yeild and appearance of characters of V9715 were suitable for the application in production in Danyang city and surrounding areas in place of local strain V830, at the same time for genetic variation and genetic breeding provided an important material.
