摘要
研究点柄粘盖牛肝菌子实体多糖的抗氧化活性。结果显示,随着多糖浓度的上升,还原能力不断增强,对.O2-和.OH的清除效果也在加强,但多糖浓度更大时,清除率增强效果不明显,点柄粘盖牛肝菌子实体粗多糖对.OH的清除能力较强,多糖浓度为0.2 mg.mL-1时对.OH清除率最大,为98.95%;但对.O2-的清除作用不明显,多糖浓度为10mg.mL-1时清除率为21.68%。提取的点柄粘盖牛肝菌子实体粗多糖具有抗氧化活性,且活性呈现剂量效应。
The antioxidation activity in vitro of coarse polysaccharide of Suillus granulatus were studied. The results showed that the reduction capacity increased with the increasing concentration of polycaccharide, and also on the .O2- and· OH removal effect, but when the polysaccharide concentration was bigger, the effect was not obvious. The ·OH removal effect of the fruit body polysaccharide of Suillus granulatus was better, and when the polysaccharide concentration was 0.2 mg·mL-1, the removal capacity was best, and the removal capacity rate was 98.95%. But the O2- removal effect was not obvious, the removal capacity rate was 21.68% when the polysaccharide concentration was 10 mg·mL-l. The fruit body polysaecharide of Suillus granulatus had antioxidation activity, and the activity was related to the dose.
