摘要
基于原凸轮轴下置式配气机构,把原单凸轮分开为进、排气双凸轮。采用现有的CB机型气门升程曲线重新设计CG机型进、排气凸轮和气门配气相位,并对新设计凸轮进行了运动学和动力学计算分析,保证新设计的双凸轮配气机构具有良好的可靠性。
This paper introduces a new design of adopting separate double camshaft (intake camshaft and exhaust camshaft) based on former valve gear design. It redesigns the valve timing and the arrangement of intake and exhaust camshafts in accordance with the camshaft valve lift curve if CG series engines. The kinematic and dynamic calculation for the resigned camshaft is also conducted to ensure the reliable performance of the whole valve mechanism.
