国产顺丁橡胶BR 9000性能对比测试

Comparative determination of properties for domestic cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber BR 9000

对国内8家合成橡胶厂生产的顺丁橡胶BR 9000进行了相对分子质量及其分布、微观结构、生胶性能、硫化特性和硫化胶性能的对比测试。结果表明,国产BR 9000与国外同类产品相比其数均分子量偏低,重均分子量偏高,分子量分布较宽。国产BR 9000在微观结构、灰分、挥发分及凝胶含量等方面相当,但A厂的挥发分含量偏高,H厂的凝胶含量较大;硫化速率基本相同,硫化胶的定伸应力、拉伸强度和扯断伸长率处于同一水平;国产BR 9000的性能指标均能满足优等品的要求。

The comparative determination of cis- 1,4-polybutadiene rubber BR 9000 manufactured by eight domestic synthetic rubber factories was conduc- ted in relative molecular mass and its distribution, microstructure, properties of raw rubber, cure char- acteristics and properties of vulcanizates. The results showed that compared with foreign similar product, BR 9000 rubbers had lower number-average molecu- lar weight, higher weight-average molecular weight and wider molecular weight distribution. BR 9000 rubbers from eight domestic factories had about the same microstructure, contents of ash, volatiles and gel, but BR 9000 rubber from the factory A has slightly higher volatile content, and the factory H had a little more gel content. Furthermore, the cure rates of BR 9000 rubbers were basically the same, and the tensile stress, tensile strength and elongation at break of vulcanizates were in the same level. In general, BR 9000 rubbers could meet the need of superior grade product in properties.
