摘要 阐述了感应加热的原理和设备的人机界面特点,分析了铝合金感应软钎焊的优点,根据试验需要设计了专用工装。文中将感应加热技术应用于铝合金微波组件的软钎焊,利用感应加热速度快、加热集中和工件变形小等优点,设计相应的感应器,开展焊接温度场测试和感应软钎焊工艺研究,实现了铝合金微波组件的连接,其焊缝外观一致,内部焊缝致密,微波组件焊后变形较小。 The theory of Induction heating and the man-machine interface trait of the equipment is presented. The excellence of alu-minum alloy induction soldering is analyzed. According to the needs of the experimentation, the special frock is designed. Induction heating up technique, which has many advantages such as rapid heating up speed, concentrated heat source and small specimen distortion, applied to soldering of aluminum alloy microwave subassembly. An inductor is designed consequently for the following welding temperature testing and induction soldering technics research in which a microwave subassembly is jointed. Results show that a continuous weld with compact structure and small specimen distortion can be obtained.
