微反应器中环戊烯催化氧化制备戊二醛 被引量:5

摘要 以C5副产物制备出的环戊烯为原料,在微通道反应器内以钨酸为催化剂,在叔丁醇溶剂体系下经双氧水催化氧化制备戊二醛,重点考察了钨酸加入量、反应温度、停留时间以及助剂对反应的影响。优化实验条件为:钨酸浓度为0.02 mol/L,反应温度40℃,停留时间为4.5 h;助剂KBr浓度0.02 mol/L,停留时间缩短为2 h,环戊烯转化率大于98%,选择性达93%以上。 Glutaraldehyde was prepared with cyclopentene as raw material, tungstic acid as catalyst, tert- butanol as solvent and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant in the microchannel reactor. The effect of the tungstic acid catalyst dosage, reaction temperature ,residence time and additives on the experiment was evaluated. The optimal experiment conditions were: the molar concentration of tungstic acid catalyst was 0. 02 moL/L the reaction temperature was 40℃, residence time was 4. 5 h ; When KBr was added, the molar concentration of KBr was 0, 02 mol/L, the residence time was reduced to 2 h, the conversion rate of cyclopentene was greater than 98%, and the selectivity was up to 93%. The studies have shown that the application of microchannel reactor to improve the selectivity of this reaction is attributed to the unique structure of the reactor which can strengthen the advantages of the main reaction. For such a complex reaction,we can get the desired response effect by utilizing microchannel reactor to solve the puzzle for ordinary reactor.
