摘要
阐述了水产品中孔雀石绿及其代谢物残留检测的主要方法,并对高效液相色谱-紫外可见光检测法(HPLC-UV)、高效液相色谱-荧光检测法(HPLC-FLD)、高效液相色谱-(串联)质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)等常用的几种检测方法的优缺点进行了比较研究。
This paper describes the methods to detect malachite green,and metabolites residue in aquatic products. It researched and compared the advantages and disadvantages of several detection methods such as HPLC-UV, HPLC-FLD and HPLC- MS/MS.
