保肾片对腹膜透析患者残肾功能的保护作用

Baoshen Pill's Protection for RRF of PD Patient

目的观察保肾片对新进入腹膜透析(PD)治疗患者残肾功能(RRF)的保护作用,以及对患者生活质量的影响。方法 34例患者,对照组15例,在西医基础治疗下进行PD治疗;治疗组19例,治疗方法同对照组,并加服保肾片,疗程6个月,观察治疗后RRF、尿量及血清白蛋白(Alb)、血红蛋白(Hb)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量和生活质量评价表(SF-36量表)各维度的变化。结果 2组治疗后RRF、尿量均逐月下降,治疗组下降幅度较小(P<0.01);治疗组RRF、尿量的下降速率低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组Alb上升幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.01);2组治疗后SF-36量表的总体评分均有升高,治疗组一般健康状况(GH)、精力(VT)的评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论随透析时间延长,PD患者的RRF、尿量呈下降趋势,保肾片能够减缓PD患者RRF的下降速率,改善患者Alb水平,提高其生活质量。

OBJECTIVE To observe the protection of Baoshen Pill for residual renal function （RRF） of the patients who were just undertaken peritoneal dialysis （PD） and its effect on patients＇ life quality. METHODS 15 cases in control group were undertaken PD, while 19 cases in treatment group were added Baoshen Pill besides PD for 6 months, to observe RRF, UV, Alb, Hb, TC, TG and dimensional changes in SF-36. RESULTS Both RRF and UV of two groups decreased month by month, of which treatment group fell less （P〈0.01） ; The decreasing rate of RRF and UV in treatment group was lower than control group （P〈0.01）; The ascensional range of Alb in treatment group was much larger than control group（P〈0.01）; The grades in SF-36 of both groups went up, showing better in GH and VT grades of treatment group （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Patients＇ RRF and UV are usually on a declining curve as the prolonged time of PD, and Baoshen Pill can slow down the decreasing rate and improve Alb level to enhance patients＇ life quality.
