摘要
采用单因素随机区组设计法和大型非称重式蒸渗仪法,在甘南高原地区研究了灌溉量对藏木香产量、品质和水分利用效率的影响。结果表明,随着灌溉量从0mm增至600mm,藏木香干根产量由1.225 417万kg/hm2逐渐提高至2.026 25万kg/hm2,极显著增产39.52%;灰分含量从3.42%降低到3.06%,降低了0.36%,土木香内酯含量从16.32%增加到18.30%,增加了1.98%;灌溉量为300mm是的生物产量和经济产量水分利用效率最高,分别比0mm显著增加19.03%和19.04%。因此,从产量、品质和水分利用效率综合分析得出300mm灌溉量为藏木香的最佳灌溉量,这一结论对指导干旱高寒的甘南高原地区藏木香的节水生产有一定的指导意义。
The effect of irrigation quantity (IQ) on yield, quality, water use efficiency (WUE) of Inula helenium I. was studied in the Gannan plateau area with the single factor randomized block and large scale no-weight-lysimeter. The results showed that when the IQ improved from 0mm to 600mm, the dry root yield of Inula helenium I was improved from 12 254. 17 kg/hm2 to 20 262. 50 kg/ hm2 , and it was significantly increased by 39. 520//oo. The ash content was reduced from 3.42% to 3.06% and reduced by 0. 36%. The alantolaction content was increased from 18. 30% to 16.32% and increased by 1.98G. The WUE of biological yield and ecological yield of irrigation quantity of 300mm is the highest, which is significantly increased by 19.03G and 19.04% than CK, respectively. Therefore, through the comprehensive analysis from the output and quality and water use efficiency, it could be founded that the IQ of 300mm is the optimum. This conclusion has a certain guiding significance for the water-saving production of Inula helenium I. in the drought region of Gannan plateau.
