Study on the Problems and Countermeasures in Development of Grain Economy Cooperation Organization in China

随着粮食购销市场化和农村城镇化步伐的加快,农民粮食经济合作组织也随之迅速发展,但同时也伴生了诸如组织规模、内外部管理、创建及组织者的素质和经营理念,以及农民利益的保护等方面的问题,影响了农民专业合作经济组织的发展壮大,需尽快采取相应措施以保障其健康发展。

With the development of marketization of grain purchase and sale and rural urbanization, grain economy cooperation organization is established. But at the same time, there are some problems such as the organization scale, internal and external management, organizer＇s quality and management concept, as well as the protection of farmers＇s interest , which influences its development and growth of farmer cooperative organizations and requires us to take measures as soon as possible to ensure its healthy development.
