完善吉林省失地农民再就业对策研究

Research on Countermeasures of Land-expropriated Farmers' Re-employment in Jilin Province

吉林省作为农业大省在促进失地农民再就业、落实就业政策和打造劳务品牌方面取得了一定的成绩,但仍面临重重困难。因此应根据吉林省的具体情况,借鉴其他省份的经验,从普及就业教育、以创业带动就业、增强就业培训的时效性、为失地农民提供法律援助、推进劳务输出、建立失地农民失业保险体系等方面,多途径多渠道地促进失地农民再就业。

Jilin Province, as a big agricultural province, in which there are many achievements in accelerating the re-employment of land-lost peasants, carrying out employment policies and building labor brand. But it is facing a lot of difficulties. Based on the concrete conditions of Jilin Provice and drawn experiences from other provinces, this thesis gives some suggestion on the improvement of reemployment for peasants who lost their land from popularizing employment education, driving employment by entrepreneurship, strengthening time effectiveness of employment training, providing legal aid, advancing service export and setting up the insurance system.
