二氧化碳高渗透性保鲜膜包装对鸭梨采后生理与贮藏品质的影响 被引量:11

摘要 以微孔保鲜膜为对照,研究二氧化碳高渗透性保鲜膜包装对7个月贮藏期间鸭梨采后生理和贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,二氧化碳高渗透性保鲜膜具有较高的二氧化碳渗透系数和很高的二氧化碳/氧气渗透系数比,在保持包装袋内较低二氧化碳浓度的同时也能维持较低的氧气浓度。两种保鲜膜包装袋内的二氧化碳浓度均低于0.5%的水平;微孔保鲜膜包装袋内的氧气浓度接近于空气(20%左右),二氧化碳高渗透性保鲜膜包装袋内的氧气浓度在5%~6%之间;二氧化碳高渗透性保鲜膜包装的鸭梨贮藏期间果实的可溶性固形物和VC含量显著高于微孔膜包装(P<0.05),细胞的相对电导率和丙二醛含量显著低于微孔膜包装的果实(P<0.05);两种包装的鸭梨果心褐变程度无明显差异。二氧化碳高渗透性保鲜膜包装有利于延缓鸭梨采后衰老进程,保持果实的良好品质。 Using the micro-porous film as control, the effects of high carbon dioxide permeability film (HCDPF) packaging on the post-harvest physiology and the storage properties of Yali pear were studied in the paper. The results showed that, the high carbon dioxide permeability film could keep the lower CO2 content while maintain the lower O2 content, carbon dioxide contents in headspace of both packages were similar and lower than 0.5% during the whole storage period, while oxygen content in headspace of micro-porous film package was close to air (about 20%), and in headspace of HCDPF package, oxygen content was in the range of 5%-6%. Soluble solid content and VC content of Yali pear packed with HCDPF were significantly higher than packed with micro-porous film (P〈0.05), while relative electrical conductivity and MDA content of Yali pear packed with HCDPF were significantly lower than packed with micro-porous film (P〈0.05). Core brown of fruit in both packs were similar. HCDPF was beneficial to delay aging process of Yali pear and keep the storage quality well.
