概率性风险评估方法在重庆输电系统运行中的应用

摘要 采用在北美被普遍认可的概率性风险评估(PRA)方法,对重庆2009年输电系统进行全系统综合分析、联络断面分析、特定方式分析及危险点分析等各项风险评估分析工作。与传统的确定性方法不同,PRA方法将故障概率指标与故障影响指标相结合,形成了一个统一的风险系数指标——PRI指标。该研究结果可应用于重庆输电系统的实际运行工作中,帮助电网运行人员进行系统薄弱环节定位、故障影响范围评估和最优方案比选等工作,并验证了PRA方法能有效帮助运行规划人员分析系统静态安全状况。
