摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米Al2O3,研究其对Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附,探讨了pH值、吸附时间、吸附体积和纳米Al2O3用量对吸附效果的影响,同时探讨了洗脱条件.结果表明:纳米Al2O3在pH=3.6对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附率达到95%以上,在pH=9.1时对Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附率达到95%以上,分别以2 mol/L NaOH溶液为Cr(Ⅵ)的洗脱剂,2 mol/L HAc溶液为Cr(Ⅲ)的洗脱剂,在沸水浴中加热可完全洗脱纳米Al2O3所吸附的Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ),试用于样品分析,结果满意.此研究对痕量铬的形态分离、富集及分析有较高的应用价值.
Nanometer-sized aluminum oxide was prepared by Sol-Gel process and investigated the adsorption characteristics of Cr (Ⅲ) and Cr (Ⅵ). Parameters affecting adsorption including, pH, adsorption time, adsorption volume and the quantity of nano-alumina particles, were evaluated in details. Meanwhile, the elution conditions had also been investigated. Results of experiments indicated that the adsorption rate of Cr ( Ⅵ ) and Cr ( Ⅲ) on ultrafine alumina particles was up to 95 % when the adsorption pH was 9.1 and 3.6 respectively. By employing 2 mol/L NaOH and 2 mol/L HAc as the eluant in boiling water bath, the Cr ( Ⅵ ) and Cr ( Ⅲ) ions adsorbed on uhrafine alumina particles could be washed up completely. The study has high value for chemical separation and recoveries of chromium.
