行动学习法在思想政治理论课中的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 行动学习法是被商业管理培训普遍认可的高效的学习方法,笔者将其引入我国高校大学生思想政治理论课教学当中,并对其教学效果进行了评估分析。教学效果评估以广西卫生管理干部学院的普通大专学生为研究样本,经历了问卷设计、实施访问以及数据分析等过程。结果显示,行动学习法的引入使大学生的思想政治理论课程在课堂气氛、听课效果以及教师经验积累上均有提高。
