江苏城乡一体化的探索与实践

江苏在新中国成立初期是个农业大省,凭借自身的条件,走出了一条自力开发、自主发展、外向开拓、城乡结合的发展道路。在改革开放以来持续发展的实践中,江苏努力探索以体制转轨促进经济转型,积极实施一系列内在变革,在推进城乡一体化中实现了"四大突破"。江苏走出了具有自身区域特色的以工促农、以城带乡、城乡联动发展的成功之路,城乡一体化发展态势领跑全国。但仍然存在许多深层次矛盾和体制性障碍,需要进一步积极探索与实践,努力开创在科学发展统领下的江苏城乡一体化新局面。

In the early days of New China, Jiangsu is a major province of agriculture, and with its own conditions, it has made great achievements in self-development, self-growing, outward- looking exploration and city and countryside integration. In the practice of sustainable development since the reform and opening up, Jiangsu Province has achieved the ＂four breakthroughs＂ in promoting city and countryside integration with the efforts to explore the economic transition motivated by institutional reform and the active implementation of implement a series of internal changes. Jiangsu Province has made a success in promoting agriculture with help of industry, developing courtryside with help of city and city and countryside-linked development, taking a lead in the whole country with the posture of city and countryside integration development. However, there are still many deep contradictions and institutional obstacles, which need further active exploration and practice, to make a progress in city and countryside integration in Jiangsu Province by means of scientific development.
