丙型病毒性肝炎的基因分型方法及临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 丙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis C virus,HCV)是一种高度异质性且主要经血液传播的RNA病毒,目前可分为6个基因型和多种亚型。HCV基因分型方法主要有PCR和血清学方法,由于HCV基因型与病程及治疗过程关系紧密,本文就该问题的研究状况进行综述。
