音乐治疗在全髋关节置换术中的应用

APPLICATION OF MUSIC THERAPY IN TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT

目的研究音乐治疗在全髋关节置换术中的应用效果。方法将68例患者随机分成音乐治疗组和对照组,每组34例。治疗组从患者术前2h至手术结束持续听音乐;对照组则按常规方式进行手术。分别比较二组患者的术前焦虑程度,术中血压、心率变化,术后疼痛及镇痛药物使用剂量情况。结果治疗组患者与对照组相比,术前焦虑程度,术中血压、心率和术后疼痛评分及镇痛药物使用剂量均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在全髋关节置换术中应用音乐治疗,不仅可缓解患者术前焦虑紧张心态,稳定患者术中心率和血压等生理心理反应,还可减轻术后疼痛及减少镇痛药物使用剂量,有利于手术顺利进行。

Objective To investigate music therapy （MT） in total hip replacement （THR） application effects. Methods 68 patients were randomly assigned 34 cases to music therapy group （MT） and control group. MT group from 2 hours before the end of surgery continued to listen to music~ the control group was according to conventional methods for surgery. Two groups were compared by patients＂ preoperative anxicty levels, intraoperative Compared with the contro heart rate, and postoperative pressure, heart rate, postoperative pain and analgesic doses. Results of patients, preoperative anxiety, intraoperative systolic pressure, res and analgesic dose were significantly decreased in therapy group （P^0.05）. Conclusion MT in THR applications not only can relieve anxiety and nervousness before surgery, it can stable heart rate and blood pressure in patients with surgery and other physiological and psychological reactions, but also reduce postoperative pain and analgesic drug dose, conducive to smooth operation finally.
