齿轮箱故障识别系统的研究与应用

摘要 基于LabVIEW软件的同步齿轮箱故障监测平台由采集振动信号的信号采集系统、对采集信号滤波的信号调理系统,以及控制信号采集和程序运行的上位机系统组成。其中,程序采用最为实用和方便的状态机结构,首先对信号进行无量纲时域分析,再与正常值比较,初步判断出可能存在的故障。针对齿轮故障和轴故障中的信号特点进行频域分析;利用LabVIEW强大的信号处理功能分别对信号作功率谱分析、倒谱分析、Hilbert包络分析。分析结果证明,该监测平台能准确识别故障类型。投入使用证明,该系统对齿轮箱的正常运行、故障识别和寿命延长有明显的效果。 The monitoring platform consists of three modules: vibration signal acquisition system, signal conditioning system for filtering the collected signals and the upper computer for controlling signal acquisition and program execution. The most convenient state machine structure is adopted for the system. The dimensionless group time-domain analysis is conducted for signals, the preliminary judgement for the possible faults is got by comparison with normal value, and then the frequency domain analysis is performed according to the signal characteristics of gear fault and axis fault. The power spectrum, cepstrum and Hilhert envelopment analyses for signals are respectively carried out with the powerful signal processing functions of LabVIEW to identify the type of a fault. The application proves that this system has great significance in gearbox's normal operation, fault identification and life extension.
