五麦党黄汤对小鼠抗疲劳、耐缺氧和抗寒热能力的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察五麦党黄汤(WMDH)对小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧、耐寒、耐热能力的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组(生理盐水组),WMDH低、中、高剂量组(分别灌胃给予不同浓度的WMDH药液),连续灌胃14 d,然后分别进行负重游泳实验、常压耐缺氧实验、耐热、耐寒实验,检测运动后的血浆乳酸含量。结果 WMDH能显著延长小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间、负重游泳时间;显著降低游泳后血浆乳酸的增加量;并能明显延长小鼠在-20℃与50℃极端温度的存活时间。结论 WMDH能够提高小鼠抗疲劳、耐缺氧和耐寒、耐热能力。 Objective To observe the effects of Wumai Danghuang Decoction (WMDH) on anti - fatigue, anti - hypoxia and cold and heat resisting abilities in mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into four groups : blank control group ( saline group), the low, middle and high dosage of WMDH groups (intragastric administration with different concentration of WMDH liquor). After continuous intragastric administration for 14 d,they respectively received loaded swimming and anti - hypoxia under normal pressure, heat and cold resisting experiments. And their blood plasma lactic acid content was detected after the exercise. Results WMDH could significantly prolong the survival time in anti - hypoxia experiment under normal pressure and the loaded swimming time. It could obviously decrease the increment of blood plasma lactic acid after swimming and prolong the survival time of mice at the extreme temperature of -20℃ and 50℃. Conclusion WMDH can increase the anti - fatigue, anti - hypoxia, and cold and heat resisting abilities of mice.
