东莨菪碱联合氨茶碱治疗早产儿原发性呼吸暂停疗效研究

Curative effects of scopolamine combined with aminophylline on premature infants with primary apnea

目的探讨东莨菪碱联合氨茶碱治疗早产儿原发性呼吸暂停的疗效。方法将收治的60例原发性呼吸暂停早产儿随机分为治疗组30例(东莨菪碱+氨茶碱)和对照组30例(单用氨茶碱治疗),并对两组临床疗效进行分析。结果治疗组显效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.01)。结论东莨菪碱联合氨茶碱治疗早产儿原发性呼吸暂停可明显提高疗效,且毒副作用少。

Objective To make comparison of the curative effects between scopolamine combined with aminophylline and only aminophylline on premature infants with primary apnea. Methods Sixty premature infants with primary apnea were randomly divided into two groups ： the treatment group of 30 cases received scopolamine combined with aminophylline and the control group of 30 cases received only aminophylline. The clinical curative effects in both two groups were analyzed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group（93.3% ）was much higher than that of the control group of 66.7% （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Scopolamine combined with aminophylline can significantly improve the curative effects on premature infants with primary apnea.
