摘要 文章分析了电磁阀式减振器的结构与工作原理,采用实用性较强的skyhook控制策略,设计了汽车电磁阀式半主动悬架控制器,并进行了基于ARM7的控制器硬件设计和软件实现,利用自主开发的电磁阀式减振器及控制器对奇瑞G6轿车装车进行实车道路对比试验。试验表明,设计的汽车电磁阀式半主动悬架控制器可以有效地降低车身垂直加速度,改善行驶平顺性。 In this paper,the structure and operating principle of continuous variable damper based on solenoid valve are analyzed.The skyhook control strategy that is easy to be applied in the practical project is used to design the automobile semi-active suspension(SAS) controller with solenoid valve.The controller hardware circuit and software are designed and achieved based on ARM7.The road test on the passive and semi-active suspension of Chery G6 vehicle is carried out based on the self-developed solenoid valve damper and its controller.The results show that the self-developed SAS with solenoid valve can decrease the vertical acceleration of the vehicle and improve the ride comfort effectively.
