摘要
通过研究IEC61850标准变电站配置描述语言SCL(Substation Configuration Language)的应用规范及配置文件、配置流程等理论,系统分析了配置工具的功能需求及设计思想,并详细介绍了IED配置工具软件的系统框架、XML解析器及系统组成模块中主程序部分、文件和数据处理部分、下载及校验部分的具体实现方法。
Based on working over the configuration theories of the standard IEC 61850 ＂Communication Networks and Systems in Substations＂,this paper analyses systematically the functional requirements and the thinking of IED configuration tool,and then explains its system frame,XML parser and the concrete implementation method of the composition modules which consist of the parts of main program,documents and data processing as well as the module of calibration and download in detail.
