摘要
为优化油茶籽油的微波辅助提取工艺,选择提取时间、微波处理功率以及液料比为自变量,茶油得率为响应值,应用Design Expert8.0.5软件技术,采用响应曲面法设计、分析研究各自变量及其交互作用对油茶得率的影响,并利用预测的二次回归模型优化微波辅助提取油茶籽油的最佳工艺条件:提取时间4min、微波处理功率500W、液料比3.4:1(mL/g)。
To optimize the microwave-assisted extraction process of Camellia oleifera, Box-behnken design (BBD) combined with response surface methodology has been used to evaluate the effects of process parameters including extraction time, microwave power and solvent/material ratio on yield of Camellia oleifera. In the optimization, Design Expert 8.0.5 software was used to fit BBD experimental data and a quadratic polynomial regression model was developed for yield as a response to the above parameters. Results showed that the optimal values of technological parameters were as follows: extraction time 4 min, microwave power 500 W and solvent/material ratio 3.4:1 (mL/g).
