摘要
后现代主义是一种哲学视角的方法论意义上的表征,一种新颖独特的价值观。后现代主义法哲学观对国际私法的影响主要表现在排斥统一性,强调差异性;否定普遍性,强调多元性;反对确定性,强调多变性。
Post modernism is an expression of methodology from the philosophic view and a new valuation. The influences of the post modernism on the private international law show on the following points ： emphasizing difference against uniformity, stressing multitude against generality, insisting variety against certainty, accentuating harmony against resistance.
