文章通过构建影响公共服务的指标体系,利用因子分析方法分析了上海市公共服务资源配置状况,得出公共服务最好的是中心城区,而中心城区中的静安区最好,远郊区公共服务要好于近郊区,近郊区在医疗卫生、教育就业、公共设施上排名最低,同时公共服务资源也影响着人口分布和流动。

By establishing the index system of public services, using the method of factor analysis, the paper analyzes the al- location of resources of public services in Shanghai. The resuh shows that the downtown＇ s public service is the best, and inwhich the Jing＇ an District is thebest. The public service of distant suburban areas is better than the suburb areas, and thehealth, education, employment, public facilities in suburban areas are ranked lowest, the public service resource location affects the distraction and flow of population.
