安徽北部农业发展中的问题及可持续发展对策

Study on Development Problems and Countermeasures of Agriculture in Northern Anhui

安徽北部地区作为安徽省重要的粮棉产区,目前不但工业和城镇化水平大大落后全省平均水平,而且农业发展同样落后全省平均水平。旱涝灾害频繁发生、农业科技人才短缺、农业科技应用落后、农业固定资产投资不足等是制约皖北农业发展的主要因素;通过加强土壤治理、推进农田水利建设、发展节水农业及加强现代农业示范区建设,才能推动皖北农业的可持续发展。

The northern Anhui, as an important grain and cotton producing area, both its industrialization and urbanization level and its agricultural development lag far behind the provincial average. Frequent occurrence of droughts and floods, agricultural science and technology talent shortage, backward agricultural technology application, lack of agricultural investment in fixed assets are the main restricting factors in agricultural development in northern Anhui. So, by strengthening soil management and promoting the construction of water conservancy, developing water-saving agriculture and strengthening the development of modern agriculture demonstration area, the sustainable development of agriculture in northern Anhui will be promoted.
