摘要
从新工艺、新材料、零件结构设计、冲压工艺方面对汽车冲压成形零件材料成本的控制进行分析,提出降低材料成本的措施,可为冲压零件材料成本进行有效控制提供思路和方法。
Analysis was made on the material cost control of automotive stampings from aspects of new technology,new materials,product design and stamping process.And measures to reduce the material costs were proposed.
