宁波东海渔歌特色数据库建设研究

A Study on Construction of Database on Fishermen’s Songs of East China Sea in Ningbo

分析宁波东海渔歌社会文化生态状况以及东海渔歌特色数据库建设的必要性和可行性,提出数据库建设要确定原生态、标准化、完整性、及时补充和服务五个原则,选择合理数字平台,通过田野、文献等方式采集信息,建设五子库集中渔歌资料,设立三平台提供管理、发布、传播服务,并建议政府成立相关组织机构开展常态化挖掘整理工作和宣传、传承活动。

This paper analyses the social, cultural and ecological conditions of fisherman＇s songs of East China Sea in Ningbo as well as the necessity and feasibility to establish a database of the songs. It proposes five principles of aboriginality, standardization, completeness, timely supplementing and service in establishing such a database. It holds that in building the database researchers need to choose appropriate digital platforms, collect information through field work and documents, establish five sub-databases to store materials and set up three platforms for information management, release and transmission. It suggests that the government should establish relevant institutions and organizations to undertake excavation and collection work, as well as activities to popularize the fishing songs.
