摘要
我国经济形势2011年呈现经济增长放缓和经济自主增长动力有所增强两个特征;2012年面临的国内外环境将更复杂和困难,要继续实施稳健的财政改革和稳健的货币改革;2012年宏观调控政策将继续实施结构性减税政策,实行积极的扩大内需政策,实行调整和优化经济结构,扩大就业,扶持小微企业发展。
The year 2011 witnessed changes of China＇s economic situation with the two conspicuous features of the decelerated growth of economic growth and the heightening of the power for autonomous eeonomic growth. As the year 2012 faces more complicated and difficult circumstances at home and abroad, it is necessary to continue bringing into force steady fiscal reform and stable monetary reform. For the macro-control policy in 2012 it is imperative to continue carrying on constitutive tax reduction, implement the policy to positively increase the domestic demand, effectuate the regulation and optimize economic structure, enforce job enlargement and render support to the development of micro enterprises.
