摘要
信息时代的到来使传记语篇日趋呈多模态化。通过对多模态英语传记中图文关系(语境化关系和语境化偏向)的统计分析,找出图像视角下单模态和多模态英语传记的宏观差异主要存在于信息量和阅读路径上。此差异能够预测从单模态到多模态英语传记的发展趋势。
The advent of the information era has gradually brought the shill of multimodels of the biographical discourse. Through the statistic analysis of all visual images in multimodal English biographies concerning their eontextualizing relations （CR） with language texts and their different degrees of contextualization propensity （CP）, this paper finds that macroscopic differences between monomodal and multimodal English biographies in the visual image perspective mainly lies in differences in information quantities and differences in reading paths. Such differences can predict the developmental trend from the former to the latter in today＇s information
