胃癌患者围术期血清TGF-β_1、TNF-α及IL-2水平变化研究

Study on the level changes of serum TGF-β_1,TNF-α and IL-2 of gastric cancer patients during perioperative period

目的探讨胃癌患者围术期血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平变化及临床意义。方法本院2006年9月～2010年7月收治的20例胃癌患者,分别于术前、术后对患者血清TGF-β1、TNF-α及IL-2进行检测,同时以同期的20例健康体检者作为对照,进行比较研究。结果与对照组比较,胃癌患者的血清IL-2水平明显降低、TGF-β1、TNF-α水平均明显升高,手术后趋于正常水平,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者围术期血清TGF-β1、TNF-α及IL-2水平变化明显,可以帮助了解患者病情,为临床治疗提供指导。

Objective To discuss the level changes and clinical significance of serum transforming growth factor -β1 （ TGF -β1 ） , tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF -α） and Interleukin - 6 （ IL - 2 ） of gastric cancer patients during perioperative period. Methods From September 2006 to July 2010 in our hospital, 20 patients with gastric cancer were selected, the serum TGF -β1, TNF -α and IL - 2 of patients during perioperative period were detected, and at the same time to the same period in 20 healthy healthy persons acted as controls, were compared, at the same time 20 healthy healthy persons as a control, and made a comparative study. Results Compared with the con- trol group, the serum IL - 2 levels of gastric cancer patients were significantly lower, and the TGF -β1, TNF -α evels of gastric cancer patients were significantly increased, after surgery retumed to normal, compared with the preoperative, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The serum TGF -β1, TNF -α and IL - 2 of gastric cancer patients during perioperative period has significantly changes, can help understand the patient＇s condition and provide guidance for clinical treatment.
