基于作业过程的钢铁企业制造资源清单模型

Bill of Manufacturing Resources Model Based on Production Process for Steelmaking Enterprises

针对钢铁企业的产品结构、作业过程、产能资源特征和工艺流程特点,定义了钢铁企业制造资源清单的概念,建立了基于作业过程的钢铁企业制造资源清单模型。该模型采用工艺分解和特征匹配的方式,以作业工序为信息纽带,通过构造各生产阶段的"产品-作业"分配关系描述矩阵和"作业-产能"消耗关系描述矩阵,形成面向钢铁产品生产过程的"产品-作业-产能"资源配置信息的关联结构。企业实施应用结果表明,与传统的物料清单和资源清单模型相比,制造资源清单模型能够为钢铁企业制造资源的协调配置和集成化生产管理提供完整、统一的基础数据信息支持。

The concept of Bill of Manufacturing Resources（BOMR） was defined,while the characteristics of product,process,capacity and production flows were analyzed in steelmaking enterprises.BOMR model was presented for steelmaking enterprises based on process disassembling characteristic matching.In different production phases,＂Product-Process＂ allocation describing matrixes and ＂Process-Capacity＂ consumption describing matrixes were constructed by means of processes identified information,and ＂Product-Process-Capacity＂ resources information relating framework was built to steel product manufacturing processes. Findings of the study indicate that BOMR model is different from traditional BOM and BOC models,and it can support manufacturing resources coordinating allocation and integration production management on complete consistent process base-data information.
