结合企业实际应用需求,基于项目管理的理念构建了半导体制造扩建项目系统设备供应商综合评价指标体系,提出了AHP与熵值法组合赋权的供应商灰色关联综合评价方法,结合企业实际项目案例进行了应用,验证了指标体系和评价方法的有效性。

According to the semiconductor system equipment ＇ s supplier selection requirements,a comprehensive supplier evaluation factor index system is built up based on the project management conception.And establish a grey incidence analysis method with weights combination by AHP（analysis hierarchy process） and Entropy method for supplier comprehensive evaluation.The factor index system and the method are applied and verified in a real project supplier evaluation.
