藏药湿生扁蕾提取物对实验性大鼠溃疡性结肠炎肠纤维化的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨藏药湿生扁蕾提取物对实验性大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)肠纤维化的影响。方法:用免疫结合化学刺激法复制大鼠UC肠纤维化模型,以复方鳖甲软肝片作为阳性对照药,观察各组大鼠体质量改变、疾病活动指数(DAI)与结肠组织学变化。结果:藏药湿生扁蕾提取物能够显著改善UC肠纤维化模型大鼠体质量的减轻,能使疾病活动指数(DAI)明显下降(P<0.05);并且能够显著改善UC肠纤维化模型大鼠结肠长度缩短与结肠重量的增加(P<0.01);明显改善结肠组织学损伤(P<0.05)。结论:藏药湿生扁蕾提取物对实验性大鼠溃疡性结肠炎肠纤维化有抑制作用,为寻找肠纤维化新的治疗方法提供理论依据。
